W10Feed - моя подделка. Изначально делал для себя, но решил опубликовать. Python скрипт, который за вас авторизуется по FTP, делает и загружает на сервер новостную ленту сайта.
На данный момент есть 2 опции:

Новые фотографии
Совместимая с subversive.pics или Ocular Webring лента .jpg картинок на основе содержимого директории /photos.

Помню, году в 2011 наткнулся в магазине приложений Google (как он тогда назывался?) на приложение для текстовых квестов. Вроде ничего необычного, да и сам жанр текстовых квестов не предполагает каких-то сложностей, но уж больно хорошо было всё сделано.

Во-первых, музыка. Добавить легкий эмбиент было гениальным решением! Читать не мешает, но атмосферу усиливает многократно! Во-вторых, кое-где в тексте были иллюстрации. Тоже очень круто, хотя и лежит на поверхности. Ощущение, что читаешь настоящую книгу, в не смотришь в маленький экранчик телефона.

Увы, я не запомнил, как называлось то приложение. Но оно навсегда оставило в моей памяти приятный отпечаток. Я пробовал искать что-то подобное сегодня, но ничего и близко нет.

Ещё хотел рассказать про приложение "Страшные истории". Их несколько, у меня с совой на иконке. По сути, это просто сборник всяких страшных баек из Интернета, но некоторые, на удивление, просто отменные! Мне про "мумь" и лампочки понравилась и ну и всякая крипи-паста.

Что-то подобное находил в 2018. Дизайн был стильным, но тогда по ощущениям старым. Там можно было устанавливать несколько "книг". Прошел пару историй пока лежал в больнице. Вообще для таких игр, а также point and click игр смартфон очень даже подходит.

Мне бы очень хотелось включить в этот список TIC-80 (эмулятор фентези консоли, а по факту платформа псевдо-ретро игр, пополняемый сообществом), но он работает с 4.1 Андроида.

Я думаю, это дань традиции. Музыка с восьмибитных приставок не может быть грустной, потому что жанры игр тогда были весёлые. Грусть была возможна только в каких-нибудь rpg, вроде Final Fantasy, но там, более-менее серьёзные сюжеты появились с четвёртой части, а она уже вышла на SNES.

Хотя сейчас много делают игр со стилизацией под ретро, но, опять же, под 16-ти битное.

Как сейчас в большинстве случаев выглядит мобильная версия: то же самое что и обычная версия, но если ширина и/или высота области просмотра меньше определённых значений, то будем считать что посетитель загрузил старничку с мобилки и увеличим, уберём, уменьшим, добавим те или иные элементы. Кстати, опеределять мобилка это или нет так не стоит потому что возникают ситуации когда у тебя какое–нибудь 1024 на 768 и тебе подсовывают мобильную версию и для того чтобы увидеть нормальну версию приходится уменьшать масштаб вплоть до того что текст становится почти нечитаемым.

Как раньше выглядела мобильная версия: специальная версия на отдельном домене (типа m.mysite.com) или через параметр в URL (типа mysite.com/mobile) которая могла разительно отличаться от обычной и для которой делалось всё чтобы сэкономить купленные посетителем у оператора мобильной связи мегабайты и чтобы она могла отобразиться в мобильном браузере и на устройстве с крайне ограниченой памятью и вычислительными ресурсами: убирание всех или почти всех скриптов, уменьшение качества или убирание картинок, ограничение на используемые HTML–тэги, учитывание того что у посетителя нету мышки, минимальное использование CSS и т.п.
